  Les carac\u00adt\u00e9\u00adri\u00adstiques typiques d\u2019une entre\u00adprise familiale sont le maintien et la poursuite de la tradition familiale, la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 familiale et la gestion profes\u00adsi\u00adon\u00adnelle : cette combi\u00adnaison unique cr\u00e9e une dynamique qui peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des avantages concur\u00adren\u00adtiels, mais aussi des risques potentiels.
\nLes change\u00adments qui s\u2019op\u00e8rent dans les entre\u00adprises familiales au fil des g\u00e9n\u00e9ra\u00adtions consti\u00adtuent un processus extr\u00ea\u00admement complexe et repr\u00e9\u00adsentent souvent un exercice d\u2019\u00e9qui\u00adlibre pour toutes les parties concern\u00e9es : la famille, l\u2019entre\u00adprise et les propri\u00e9taires.
