\nLa disso\u00adlution inter\u00advient pour une raison pr\u00e9vue dans les statuts, une d\u00e9cision de l\u2019AG, une faillite, un jugement du tribunal ou pour une raison importante selon la loi.
\nLa disso\u00adlution a pour cons\u00e9\u00adquence que l\u2019objet de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 passe de la gestion \u00e0 but lucratif \u00e0 l\u2019objet de la liquidation.
\nCe changement d\u2019objet social provoqu\u00e9 par la survenance d\u2019une cause de disso\u00adlution est notifi\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Office du registre du commerce pour inscription et publi\u00e9 dans la Feuille officielle suisse du commerce (FOSC) afin de prot\u00e9ger les cr\u00e9anciers.
\nLa soci\u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7oit une nouvelle raison sociale : \u201cXY SA en liquidation\u201d. <\/p>\n
