Pour que cela soit possible, il est essentiel que les person\u00adna\u00adlit\u00e9s entre\u00adpre\u00adneu\u00adriales et les colla\u00adbo\u00adra\u00adteurs soient au service de l\u2019entre\u00adprise jour apr\u00e8s jour. Les condi\u00adtions-cadres sont fix\u00e9es par les dirigeants qui, pendant un processus de changement, ont encore plus que d\u2019habitude une fonction de mod\u00e8le et montrent l\u2019exemple par leur comportement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"SGNafo-Fliesstext-eingerckt\">Ce sont des d\u00e9fis importants, d\u2019autant plus que les chefs d\u2019aujour\u00add\u2019hui sont \u00e9galement fortement solli\u00adcit\u00e9s \u2014 ils doivent progres\u00adsi\u00advement laisser la place aux dirigeants de demain.
