En peu de temps, nous avons recueilli une bonne douzaine d\u2019affir\u00adma\u00adtions que nous entendons r\u00e9guli\u00e8\u00adrement dans notre pratique de conseil. Dans cet article de blog, nous r\u00e9sumons les princi\u00adpales id\u00e9es de cette&nbsp;s\u00e9rie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>G\u00e9rer les sc\u00e9narios \u2014 et penser en termes de sc\u00e9narios<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t dans le processus, nous recom\u00admandons d\u2019engager la discussion sur diff\u00e9rents sc\u00e9narios et de les consigner par \u00e9crit. Au d\u00e9but, l\u2019option de la succession au sein de la famille est souvent envisag\u00e9e. Des alter\u00adna\u00adtives sont alors souvent perdues \u2014 alors qu\u2019il est extr\u00ea\u00admement important de penser \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents sc\u00e9narios de succession comme plan B ou C. Au d\u00e9but du processus, personne ne peut dire comment il se d\u00e9roulera. Dans le cas des succes\u00adsions intra\u00adfa\u00admi\u00adliales, par exemple, le th\u00e8me de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s explosif. Ensemble, nous travaillons de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente sur des solutions et nous les d\u00e9vel\u00ado\u00adppons et les mettons en \u0153uvre progres\u00adsi\u00advement. Cela n\u2019est possible que si les personnes impli\u00adqu\u00e9es sont pr\u00eates \u00e0 s\u2019engager dans le processus, \u00e0 discuter ouver\u00adtement de la valeur et du prix et \u00e0 se remettre en question. Par exemple, si la structure actuelle, telle qu\u2019elle est organis\u00e9e, est judicieuse pour la succession.
